2. What the App does

Eleven Health is a personal health app that helps you record vitals such as blood pressure and blood sugar, review trends over time, and set medication reminders on your device.

If you create an account, selected health information you enter may be stored on our servers so you can access it across sessions and devices.

The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice or emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

3. Information we collect and process

3.1 Account and authentication

When you register or sign in, we process:

• Phone number and password (password is stored using secure hashing on our servers)
• Session token issued after login, stored on your device

3.2 Health and profile information

Information you enter may be sent to and stored on our servers, including:

• Name, email, date of birth, and profile fields
• Allergies, chronic medications, and similar health lists
• Vital signs you log (blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, etc.)

3.3 Images and device features

If you use camera or photo library features, images may be processed on the device and/or sent to our servers as required for that feature.

3.4 On-device data

Some settings stay only on your device, such as medication reminder times and notification preferences.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App
• Authenticate you and protect accounts
• Display and store health-related data you choose to save
• Comply with law and respond to lawful requests

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers who help us host and operate the App, and with authorities when required by law.

We keep account and health-related data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service and comply with law.
